Biography:

Raised in the mindset of scarcity, Paul discovered, far to late for his liking, that scarcity and abundance are merely mindsets. While strumming his guitar in Cape Town restaurants and Joburg pubs, he decided that being a brilliant speaker held more promise than a struggling musician. Despite the distraction of club DJ'ing, winning 6 IQA awards in the financial services industry, being found guilty of being a serial repeat traveller, and running several marathons, he now does, better than most, what we all should have learned by the time we're three - he speaks!

The metamorphosis took a few decades, but Paul established himself in 1999 as a skilled facilitator of presentation skills, and went on to create an international speaking career. He is the founder and MD of the Congruence Group, and changes mindsets in the areas of Customer Relationships, Sales and Presentation Skills and Motivation. His humorous, entertaining and engaging presentation style and rare story telling ability has kept his audiences riveted during his Winning Attitude, sell-out Mind Blowing Customer Service and Mindset Shift seminars throughout South Africa.

Paul is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP)*, awarded to him in 2008. He is a Past President (2005-2006) of the National Speakers Association of Southern Africa and secretary of the International Federation For Professional Speakers. In addition to his compelling talks, seminars and workshops, Paul is regularly requested as master of ceremonies for corporate events.
