Paul du Toit has been talking to South Africans about Customer Service since 1996. His first assignment as a guest speaker was a four stop tour of the country in 1997 with Volkswagen Dealer Training. Since May 2003 he has blazed a trail throughout Southern Africa with this hilarious, hart hitting and "to the point" seminar on building profitable customer relationships.
